Medical Equipment Technician Job

We are seeking a skilled Medical Equipment Technician to join our team. As a Medical Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of medical devices.

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of $86,866.36 - $90,094.13 per annum, plus superannuation.

The successful applicant will have a Certificate in Electronics and Communications or equivalent, and proven analytical skills in fault finding and problem solving in electrical and electronic equipment.

You will also have demonstrated effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to use computer software and database applications.

A current driver's license and willingness to travel for work purposes are also essential.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform safety and performance checks on medical equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment testing and servicing.
