
Fire Response Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about community safety and emergency preparedness. As an auxiliary firefighter, you will be part of a dynamic team that responds to fire and other emergency incidents.
About the RoleThe role involves responding to emergencies, promoting community safety through education activities, and developing competencies through regular training courses. You will also be required to operate specialist firefighting and rescue equipment safely.
Key Requirements- You must be eligible to apply for or hold a current Blue Card.
- Employer's written consent to attend incidents and emergencies is essential.
- You should live or work within a reasonable distance of an auxiliary fire station.
- Australian Permanent Resident Status is required.
- You must hold a Manual C Class driver's licence.
As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and competencies while contributing to the safety of your community. You will also be part of a collaborative environment where you can share ideas and learn from others.
