Job Title: Office Manager

About This Role

Our organisation is seeking an experienced Office Manager to coordinate daily office operations, including scheduling and resource allocation, to ensure efficient workflow.

  1. Maintain office supplies and equipment to prevent disruptions.
  2. Provide administrative support, including document preparation and correspondence.
  3. Assist with on-boarding new staff and manage records to ensure compliance.
  4. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to relevant team members.
