We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Child Protection program as an Administration Officer.
This role provides administrative support to the program, responsible for tasks such as preparation of correspondence, complaint management, diary management, meeting preparation, minute taking, coordination and management of secretariat and administrative functions.
Key skills required include exceptional organisational skills, strong problem-solving ability, self-motivation, highly developed interpersonal skills and a strong team focus.
As an Administration Officer in this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the team to provide high-quality administrative support, manage complex information systems and contribute to the success of the program.
Responsibilities may also include providing administrative assistance to senior staff members, managing meetings and events, and maintaining accurate records and files.
