Senior Coal Movement Coordinator

This pivotal role coordinates the movement of coal from mine to market, ensuring efficient scheduling, compliance with contractual obligations and timely delivery to customers.
The Logistics Scheduler develops, maintains and optimises daily, weekly and monthly coal logistics schedules, working closely with operations, rail, port and customer teams. They maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, rail operators and port terminals to ensure effective coordination and alignment of movements with production and sales commitments.
- Maintain product movement records using SAP supply chain process
- Process and reconcile supply chain vendors, project vendors and general invoices associated with Mt Arthur's Integrated Operations
- Manage vessel Laytime calculations in accordance with customer contracts
The successful candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, strong business acumen and the ability to build consultative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally. They will ideally have tertiary qualifications in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any other relevant formal qualification coupled with a minimum 2 years working experience.
