Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Manage customer interactions, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Process transactions via EFTPOS and handle cash handling duties accurately and efficiently
  • Take orders and coordinate with the back of house team to ensure timely meal delivery
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role
  • Australia work authorization (preferred)
