Job Title: Service Ambassador

We are seeking a friendly and professional Service Ambassador to join our team at Pittwater RSL. As a key member of our catering department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to solve problems and improve quality and service
  • Assist in the opening and/or closing of the catering department as per company guidelines
  • Develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirements
  • Provide exceptional quality, consistent coffee and beverages to our guests
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role is ideal
