Underground Production Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our underground load and haul production team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- The successful candidate will align duties across the production team to meet targets.
- They will review work practices to ensure best practice and eliminate waste/roadblocks.
- Responsibilities include monitoring, documenting, evaluating, and coaching employees on performance against set targets.
- This leader will provide clear and concise feedback and document action plans in HR systems.
- They must positively influence business decisions through clear decision-making skills.
- Maintaining compliance within the operational plan is essential.
As a people leader, you will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build relationships across the team. Prior experience managing multiple conflicting priorities and strong decision-making skills are also essential.
Requirements- A background as a people leader is necessary.
- Proven experience with HR performance management is required.
- Experience in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives is beneficial.
