Production Supervisor

A production supervisor will lead teams in an underground environment, focusing on haulage and load operations. The role requires strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and ensure successful delivery of tasks.
This position offers a 7:7 day/night rotation schedule, providing opportunities for personal development and growth. Reporting to the Superintendent Load & Haul Production, you will be responsible for aligning duties across the production team to achieve targets.
You will also monitor, document, evaluate and coach employees on performance against set targets. Providing clear and concise feedback is essential in this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple priorities, possess strong decision-making skills and be skilled in collaborative relationship-building and negotiation. They should also be able to interpret shift metrics to drive optimal production behaviors.

- Monitor, document, evaluate and coach employees on performance against set targets
- Provide clear and concise feedback and document action plans in HR systems in alignment with BHP Principles
- Positively influence business decisions through clear decision-making skills
- Maximise compliance within the operational plan
- Align duties across the production team to ensure development targets are achieved
