Event Manager Opportunity:

Fowles Wine is a fast-growing regional food and wine hub.

We specialise in crafting the finest wine for food and providing an outstanding customer journey and experience.

The Event Manager will drive sales of corporate events, functions, weddings, and more across three event spaces at our Cellar Door in Avenel and farm in Longwood.

  • Manage the venue events calendar
  • Drive sales through creation of revenue-building events and initiatives
  • Ensure all functions and events are executed accurately, efficiently, and with great attention to detail

This role suits highly organised individuals with impeccable work ethic, customer service skills, and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring thorough comprehension of core values and upholding the philosophy of the business
  • Working closely with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to ensure accurate execution of customer requests while maximising revenue and profitability
  • Through thorough planning, attention to detail, and regular communication, reassuring guests of competency
  • Communicating effectively with key stakeholders internally and externally via a range of mediums across all levels of the business
  • Working in a similar capacity within a dynamic, fast-paced organisation
