Event Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to join our marketing team on a 6 month contract. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in planning and executing corporate events that showcase our expertise and build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop event concepts and proposals.
  • Organize catering, venues, activities, and entertainment.
  • Prepare invitations and manage RSVPs.
  • Manage event set up and pack up, and host debrief sessions with key stakeholders.
  • Supervise one direct report.

With a minimum of 5 years' experience in events, you will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful events and marketing initiatives. You will be a polished professional with excellent communication skills and a warm disposition.

The ideal candidate will have a creative approach to event planning, strong project management skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in events management.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful events and marketing initiatives.
