
Administrative Support Professional

As a Case Manager, you will be working with participants to provide support and assistance in their daily lives. This role combines administrative tasks with direct participant contact, ensuring that files are up to date and wellness checks are completed regularly.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update participant files and records
- Complete general administration and prepare reports
- Conduct regular participant wellness checks (in person and over the phone)
- Liaise with participants, families, and support staff
- Report any concerns to management promptly
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in case management, support coordination, or a similar role. You will also require strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and follow direction.
