Sleep Solutions Sales Specialist
This role involves working across sales, networking, and within the sales team to maintain a profitable store. The specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service as a passionate salesperson who loves to sell sleep solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Building Strong Relationships with Customers: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Working Independently: The sales specialist will work autonomously, setting goals and priorities to meet and exceed targets.
- Completing Administrative Tasks: General admin, stock, and operational duties will also be part of the job, ensuring the smooth running of the store.
- A Demonstrated Record of Success in consultative sales is essential for this role.
- A sound knowledge of KPIs as they relate to the art of sales is also required.
- The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to provide Exceptional Customer Service.
