**Job Title:** Head of Planning
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our supply chain planning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with a focus on demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination from demand forecasting to inventory management and distribution.
This senior-level position requires strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The candidate must be able to navigate complex challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives. They will also be responsible for mentoring and developing a team of supply chain professionals.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Owning the SIOP framework across all pillars – demand, supply, product, reconciliation, and business review
- Aligning long-term planning with business STRAP & AOP goals and operational capability
- Leading short-term (S&OE) and long-term planning (SIOP) across demand, supply, finance, integrated reconciliation, and management reviews
- Presenting planning scenarios and recommendations to executive team members to drive informed decisions
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field, and at least 10 years of relevant professional experience. They will possess strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive supply chain planning strategies.
