
Supply Chain Planner Role

Job Description:
This is a full-time 12-month Fixed-term position for a Supply Chain Planner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Supply Chain function, you will review and develop production plans for assigned product groups and work centres.
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to troubleshoot issues across ERP Systems (SAP) and Kinaxis RR.
- Review alignment of planned orders with supply plan forecast and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare fortnightly production schedules and facilitate weekly commitment meetings with stakeholders to agree on the weekly production plan.
- Lead process order management for assigned work centres to ensure efficient production.
- Support Material Planner in planning and managing replenishment process for purchasing materials.
- Manage MRP & planning parameters in SAP and Kinaxis RR to maintain accurate supply plans.
- Report production progress to site stakeholders.
- Manage obsolescence and expiries of assigned materials.
- Support Operations Planning Manager for monthly Site Supply Planning processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years' experience preferred or equivalent work experience in regulated science or pharmaceutical / biotech environment.
- Minimum 2 years' experience with SAP.
- Experience maintaining master data relating to planning parameters.
- Experience with production planning methodology.
- Extensive experience working with Microsoft Excel for reporting and scenario planning.
