Job Description:

This is a full-time 12-month Fixed-term position for a Supply Chain Planner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Supply Chain function, you will review and develop production plans for assigned product groups and work centres.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to troubleshoot issues across ERP Systems (SAP) and Kinaxis RR.

  • Review alignment of planned orders with supply plan forecast and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare fortnightly production schedules and facilitate weekly commitment meetings with stakeholders to agree on the weekly production plan.
  • Lead process order management for assigned work centres to ensure efficient production.
  • Support Material Planner in planning and managing replenishment process for purchasing materials.
  • Manage MRP & planning parameters in SAP and Kinaxis RR to maintain accurate supply plans.
  • Report production progress to site stakeholders.
  • Manage obsolescence and expiries of assigned materials.
  • Support Operations Planning Manager for monthly Site Supply Planning processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years' experience preferred or equivalent work experience in regulated science or pharmaceutical / biotech environment.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with SAP.
  • Experience maintaining master data relating to planning parameters.
  • Experience with production planning methodology.
  • Extensive experience working with Microsoft Excel for reporting and scenario planning.
