Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Specialist to drive efficiency and effectiveness in a dynamic full-time 8-month contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paying invoices and accounts for centralised suppliers, and reconciling against relevant cost codes in accounting software
  • Managing the invoice approval process and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration
  • Processing invoices from suppliers, manipulating and managing data using spreadsheets to enhance accuracy
  • Engaging with suppliers, managing disputes, and communicating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
  • Improving processes: Assessing current operations and proposing enhancements to increase productivity

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge of business operations and financial management principles
  • Experience in similar roles and high compliance practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Stakeholder and supplier relationship management expertise
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced spreadsheet skills
