Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services Clinicial Leadership Role

We are seeking a Clinical Lead to provide senior clinical leadership, supervision and oversight to our Child & Adolescent Mental Health team.
The successful candidate will exercise independent clinical judgement, initiative, and problem-solving skills to provide expert support to the multi-disciplinary clinicians within the team and to other relevant stakeholders.
The Clinical Lead will be responsible for:
- Providing strategic leadership to the Child & Adolescent Mental Health team
- SUPERVISING and overseeing the work of multidisciplinary clinicians
- Developing and implementing evidence-based clinical interventions
- Building partnerships with service providers and stakeholders
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician to join us and contribute to delivering high-quality mental health services to children and adolescents in the Nepean, Blue Mountains and Hawkesbury regions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Advanced clinical knowledge and experience in assessment and intervention with children and young people experiencing mental health problems
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills in a clinical team or service
- Excellent partnership building and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the legal and policy framework governing mental health and child protection in NSW
This is a permanent full-time position, working 38 hours per week. Salary will be dependent on qualifications.
