About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Child Adolescent Mental Health Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at Cumberland Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to children and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges in both inpatient and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive psychiatric assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions to patients
- Work collaboratively within a trauma-informed team to provide holistic care
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff members
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
