Job Title: Dispatch Hand

Description:

The Plantmark team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced dispatch hand to join our fast-paced environment. As a key member of our dispatch team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing plant stock for orders, records administration and coordination of incoming and outgoing greenlife stock.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Loading and unloading trucks in a timely and efficient manner\
  • Picking and packing plant stock for orders with high accuracy\
  • Coordinating the movement of goods and ensuring seamless delivery\
  • Performing administrative tasks related to order processing and record-keeping\
  • Working closely with the quotes and orders manager, dispatch coordinator and sales team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Ability to work unsupervised as well as in a team environment\
  • Positive work ethic, reliability and attention to detail\
  • Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office or similar software\
  • Forklift license desirable but not essential\
  • Plant knowledge preferred but not required
\

About The Role:

This role is a full-time position, Monday to Friday roster, with a four-week induction and training program. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic team environment.
