**Job Opportunity: Transport Coordinator Role**

**Overview of the Position:** We are seeking a highly organized and skilled individual to fill the role of Transport Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and allocating transport deliveries, assisting with inbound delivery bookings, and supporting site teams with document processing and filing.

**Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning transport deliveries based on customer orders and weights.
  • Assisting with inbound delivery bookings and queries.
  • Allocating and assigning pickup time slots.
  • Supporting site teams with document processing and filing.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, high organization skills, and knowledge and experience with SAP. Additionally, you should have basic to intermediate level proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
