Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Resolutions strategy, executing and adapting it to local prerequisites while driving country Resolutions.

This role involves taking ownership of achieving country business goals by meeting set business outcomes and delivering customer-centric customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving country Resolutions to ensure proactive approach and convenient solutions to customers.
  • Leading, coaching and developing the team to promote individual growth and secure high-performing teams of passionate experts.
  • Allocating resources within the team to ensure sufficient competences are available for excellent customer interactions.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent leadership skills with a deep understanding of resolutions services in remote environments.
  • The ability to combine knowledge of the resolutions process with customer satisfaction drivers to contribute to business growth.
  • An analytical mindset to assess risks and consequences and determine the best approach.
