We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join our residential care team. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing individually tailored care and service to our residents. Your attention to detail, combined with your vibrant personality, will make our aged care site sparkle.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide a responsive, flexible, prompt and courteous service to all residents. This includes completing cleaning duties, assisting with laundry, dusting and polishing. You will also assist with the preparation, serving and clean-up of meals, ensuring that our residents receive excellent customer service.
As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively to ensure the highest standard of service is maintained at all times. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation in a timely manner.
In addition to your exceptional communication skills, you should possess basic knowledge of food safety procedures and have a certificate in hospitality or a similar field. A valid National Police check and flu vaccination are also essential requirements.
