We are looking for a dedicated Return to Work Specialist to join our Safety & Sustainability Wellbeing team. This part-time role offers flexibility across 4–5 days and involves occasional travel to various business locations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate support in the rehabilitation of injured employees.
  • Develop plans to support workers' gradual return to full roles and health.
  • Manage the site Occupational Health Centre, including coordinating calibration of medical equipment.
  • Assess and provide pre-employment medical outcomes.
  • Conduct health surveillance.
