Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Lawyer to join our legal team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to our business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including technology, supplier, logistics and partnership contracts.
  • Provide practical and commercially relevant legal advice to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and advise on regulatory compliance, including consumer law, privacy, spam laws and ASX listing obligations.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining legal policies and risk frameworks.
  • Manage external legal counsel and legal technology tools to ensure cost-effective and efficient support.
  • Support with dispute resolution and regulatory communications when needed.

You will be part of a collaborative legal team that partners closely with business units, working on varied and interesting matters that influence strategic direction.
