We are seeking experienced Labourers for opportunities across Sydney in the road surfacing industry.

Skilled workers are required to assist in various locations around Sydney, working with local and intrastate crews as Labourers, Plant Operators, and Truck Drivers.

About the Job:

  • Living Away from Home Allowance will be provided for work conducted outside of Sydney Metro.
  • Both Day & Night Shifts will be required.
  • Overtime Pay will be given after 8 hours and additional Overtime Pay on Weekends.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Asphalt, Spray Seal or Civil/Labouring is preferred.
  • A Current Drivers Licence and Reliable Vehicle for transportation to the work site.
  • Roller Operator (Drum and Multi) skills.
  • Paver Driver qualifications.
  • Level Hand experience.
  • Loader Operator expertise.
  • Rake and Shovel Hand skills.
  • HCV/MC Licenced Truck Drivers.

The job requires working 10 hour shifts and may involve overtime pay. Successful applicants will undergo a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing.

The successful candidate will be part of our team assisting in road surfacing operations.
