Operations Role

We are excited to announce outstanding opportunities available for skilled professionals to join our growing team. As a crucial member of our crew, you will be responsible for operating mobile construction equipment for road surfacing works and engaging in general labouring tasks.

Your day will involve:

  • Contribute to all crew tasks as necessary to deliver a quality product in a safe environment
  • Safely and efficiently operate asphalt mobile plant equipment
  • Maintain fleet vehicles and equipment
  • Participate in site safety and business improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, meeting safety and environmental standards
  • Maintenance

Requirements

  • Experience in asphalt road surfacing (preferred)
  • Strong commitment to safety and the environment with a superior customer focus
  • General Construction Induction Card
  • Current Heavy Vehicle driver's license (HR) or Mobile Equipment National Competency (highly regarded)
  • Proven ability to work well within a team environment
  • Available to work from Monday to Sunday and nights as required
