We are seeking a seasoned hotel operations manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our 4-star motel. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, customer service expertise, and a keen eye for detail.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, reservations, and housekeeping services.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure seamless guest experiences and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate budgets, expenses, and supplier relationships to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Maintain property presentation and compliance, including opening and closing duties to ensure daily operational readiness and secure nightly shutdowns.
- Provide guests with local tourism information and coordinate tour bookings and transportation arrangements.
- At least 2 years experience in hotel management, front office operations, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills, with knowledge of hotel systems and software.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
