Director of Accommodation Services

As a seasoned and driven Hotel Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our hotel. This role involves managing front desk, reservations, and housekeeping services; supervising and rostering staff; maintaining high guest satisfaction; monitoring expenses; liaising with suppliers; and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, serving as the primary point of contact for guests, staff, and suppliers.
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Manage reservations and guest relations.
- Supervise and train staff.
- Handle expenses and supplier relationships.
- Maintain property presentation and compliance.
- Manage opening and closing duties, ensuring daily operational readiness and secure nightly shutdowns.
- Provide guests with up-to-date local tourism information, and coordinate tour bookings and transportation arrangements.
- At least 2 years experience in front office operations, night auditing, or a similar role within hotel management.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of front office, housekeeping, and reservations systems.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, service-oriented attitude are essential in this role.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/public holidays.
