Role Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional client service. Your primary focus will be on overseeing project implementation, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with media, opinion leaders, and other relevant third parties.
Your Impact:
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities for organic growth of existing clients.
- Maintain and develop contacts, follow up on networking opportunities, and recognize new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of new business processes and support the integration of new business into existing accounts.
- Build and manage financial management skills, including profitability, servicing, billable targets, and cost-management.
- Supervise junior staff, provide clear briefings, delegate responsibilities, and maintain deadlines.
- Demonstrate innovation, creativity, and problem-solving skills to drive results and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
