Job Title: Senior Contract Coordinator

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled contract administrator to support our procurement strategy and ensure seamless delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support procurement strategy for major building developments, ensuring timely completion and budget control.
  • Manage head and subcontract variations, guaranteeing smooth project operations and minimizing risks.
  • Lead subcontractor and supplier claims process in line with contractual agreements and HCA systems.
  • Manage contract finalisation tasks, including defect management, variation tracking, and close-out procedures.
  • Compile monthly reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and achieve project goals.

About You:

We seek a self-motivated individual with proven experience in project-based contract and financial administration. Your expertise will enable you to contribute to our success and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Completed Construction Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 3-6 years commercial experience on site, with a strong focus on contracts and project coordination.
  • Proficiency in using construction software such as CHEOPS, Aconex, or similar platforms (training provided).
