Job Role: Senior Contract Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced contract professional to manage contracts and ensure seamless project delivery.

This role involves coordinating contractual arrangements, preparing documentation, and liaising with clients, architects, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract administration, including tender evaluation and subcontractor management.
  • Preparation of contracts, scopes, and procurement schedules.
  • Progress claim assistance and external variation coordination.
  • Review, negotiation, and finalisation of subcontracts.
  • Management of project expenditure, including subcontractor claims.
  • Administration of RFIs and project HSE systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in contract administration for a construction company.
  • Familiarity with commercial construction projects and NSW regulations.
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering or construction management preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
