Overview

Contracts Coordinator – NSW Health, Millers Point, New South Wales, Australia.

The Contracts Coordinator plays a critical role in providing advice and feedback following reviews and in supporting the business during the contract management stage of the Procurement process. Once contracts are executed, the role is responsible for administration, compliance and reporting activities related to the establishment and management of contracts, in line with the Contract Management Plan and approved procedures. The role also involves continued monitoring and proactive management of active contracts to drive compliance and mitigate exposure of risk to Powerhouse. The role manages contract administration, compliance, and reporting activities to support strategic performance monitoring and enable effective oversight of contracted service delivery within the Procurement Team of the Finance Directorate, Powerhouse Museum. Specifically, the Contracts Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all relevant contract details are recorded in the Contracts Register and works closely with the Records Management team to ensure contracts are captured in Powerhouse's records management system.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and feedback following reviews and support during the contract management stage of the Procurement process.
  • Administer contracts, ensure compliance and manage reporting related to contract establishment and ongoing management in line with the Contract Management Plan and approved procedures.
  • Monitor and proactively manage active contracts to drive compliance and mitigate risk exposure.
  • Record contract details comprehensively in the Contracts Register and coordinate with the Records Management team to ensure contracts are captured in the records management system.
