Job Description:

The Senior Promotions Analyst is a critical role that supports the Content and Distribution Partner Teams. This position combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on campaign and operational execution.

About the Position:
  • Develop detailed forecasts for promotions, factoring in historical data, seasonality, macro conditions, and retail dynamics to accurately model expected performance.
  • Integrate multiple data points, including sales trends, category feedback, and promotional mechanics, to create insightful forecasts that inform promotional strategy.
  • Manage high-volume marketing campaigns across digital and physical retail channels, ensuring timely delivery, brand compliance, and quality control.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate campaign workflows, documentation, and reporting to ensure consistency, auditability, and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance; deliver post-campaign analytics and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute promotional plans, focusing on ROI, spend management, and resource allocation.
  • Partner with the Finance Team to manage accruals, forecasts, and actuals; reconcile spend and track performance against plan.
  • Edit and manage marketing plans, and track MDF investments.

  • Commercial mindset with a proven track record of driving performance through predictive analytics.
  • Proven ability to manage complex campaign calendars and executional workflows.
  • High attention to detail with strong task and time management under high-volume workload.
