Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Property Manager to oversee the leasing, management, and maintenance of our commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation and administration of leases, ensuring timely renewal and expiration.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for arrears collection, maintaining strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular rent reviews and reconcile outgoings, accurately tracking expenses and revenues.
- Perform thorough property inspections at ingoing, outgoing, and periodic intervals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary repairs.
- Oversee all aspects of property renovations, from planning to execution, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Negotiate new leases, conduct market reviews, and explore options to maximize property value.
- Ensure accurate banking reconciliations and manage creditor/owner payments in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Possession of a current certificate of registration as required by local authorities.
- Reliable motor vehicle and valid driver's license for business use.
- Strong interest in advancing a career within commercial and industrial real estate, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong rapport with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in preparing clear, concise reports and presentations.
