About the Role:

As the Head of Program Delivery in our Learning and Innovation team, you will oversee the delivery of professional accounting education offerings. You will leverage your knowledge of best educational practices to support the development of high-quality candidate feedback loops, candidate progression and retention, and just-in-time candidate support.

As an Organisational Leader at CPA Australia, you are responsible for leading your team and the organisation by delivering sustainable solutions and fostering a culture of belonging.

Your key deliverables include:

  • Leading the strategic execution and delivery of CPA Australia's professional education programs, ensuring alignment with the organisation's overall strategic objectives
  • Providing strategic leadership in managing high-level relationships with key external partners to drive value for CPA Australia and align with the strategic objectives
  • Developing a learning analytics framework and executing in partnership with the Education Strategy function through the learning design system and teaching model, enabling predictive data capability to identify and intervene with at-risk students, and establish best practice strategies for candidate retention and progression
  • Oversight of governance frameworks and ensuring all programs meet internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Engagement with key external stakeholders, including education bodies, regulatory authorities, and professional associations to drive thought leadership and ensure CPA Australia's programs remain industry leading

About You:

You will come to us with broad business experience within a global organisation, with a deep understanding of the tertiary education environment and digital delivery, and

  • ability to lead and project manage strategic initiatives to improve and evolve best-in-class program delivery
  • strong knowledge of the CPA Program and CPA Australia deliverables
  • impeccable stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to foster and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external high-level stakeholders
  • strong operational excellence with experience managing commercial agreements, suppliers, budgets, and business planning
  • demonstrable leadership qualities that foster collaboration with the team and cross-functionally
  • Degree qualified, preferably in Business, Economics, or Education
