Job Title: Senior Director of Program Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Program Management to lead the Program management for a multi-billion mega project. The successful candidate will contribute to the KSA Vision 2030 and oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive program plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource allocations.

About Our Client:

Our client is a development company focusing on a multi-billion mixed-use development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive program plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource allocations, to ensure alignment with program objectives and milestones.
  • Oversee and maintain project management methodologies and tools for effective planning, monitoring, and control of program activities.
  • Monitor program progress against established schedules, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions to mitigate delays and optimize resource utilization.
  • Monitor the development and maintenance of program budgets, tracking actual costs against planned expenditures and identifying variances for analysis and corrective action.
  • Oversee the establishment of cost management processes and controls to monitor expenses, ensure compliance with financial policies, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Lead high-level strategic planning and decision-making processes, monitoring progress and performance against established goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of document management systems and tools to facilitate version control, access management, and retrieval of program-related documents.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of program documentation, including contracts, agreements, change orders, and project deliverables, in accordance with document control standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 18+ years of experience overseeing program management, planning, project controls, cost, scheduling for mixed-use projects.
  • 5+ years of experience working in KSA.
  • PMC, Contractor, and Client-side experience a must-have.
