About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our IT Service Management (ITSM) solution on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires expertise in ITSM best practices, process automation, integrations, and platform architecture to ensure a scalable, high-performing solution.
The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and business process owners to translate business needs into ServiceNow capabilities while ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and deploy ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Define enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Implement workflow automation, UI policies, business rules, and scripts to streamline IT processes.
- Design and develop integrations with third-party applications, including monitoring tools, CMDB sources, ITOM solutions, and identity management systems.
- Oversee REST/SOAP API configurations, MID Server implementations, and data transformations.
- Provide expertise in cloud-based or hybrid ServiceNow deployments and best practices for system performance.
- Work with business process owners and IT teams to map ServiceNow functionalities to ITIL best practices.
- Define governance frameworks for managing ServiceNow development, customization, and updates.
- Ensure CMDB data integrity by enforcing best practices for data governance and asset management.
- Implement role-based access controls (RBAC), multi-factor authentication, and compliance frameworks.
- Optimize ServiceNow performance and system health by monitoring logs, scripts, and background jobs.
