We are seeking a highly skilled Client Transformation and Operations Manager to drive customer and employee experience excellence within our EB Delivery business. This role involves engaging multiple levels of the business to find opportunities, align solutions with business priorities, and implement impactful initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a strong emphasis on governance, operational alignment, and process improvement, ensuring the successful delivery of key outcomes for both the business and enterprise clients. Effective stakeholder engagement and leadership are crucial to driving transformation and optimizing service delivery.

  • Foster collaboration between teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Analyze feedback and satisfaction metrics to inform initiatives that improve customer and employee experiences.
  • Optimize ServiceNow to enhance efficiency and platform performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in client delivery, CX, or operational management.
  • Experience with ISO standards and ITIL in a managed or shared services capacity.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Teams, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow.
  • Ability to simplify complexity for business partners and communicate effectively across different organizational functions and levels.
