Job Overview

The Senior Employee Relations Partner plays a key role in supporting the Global Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs), Global Employment Law Team, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Team, and Global Safety & Security Team.

This expert position provides advice and counsel to employees, managers, leaders, and HRBPs on performance management challenges, interpersonal conflict, conduct issues, and other employee relations matters as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Employee Relations Programs: Support the delivery of Employee Relations programs to an audience of managers and employees, maintaining and updating internal Employee Relations Case Management (ERCM) tracker.
  2. Counseling and Coaching: Advise and counsel managers and HR partners on the enterprise performance philosophy, providing resources and training materials to inform managers and employees on best practices.
  3. Investigations and Grievances: Conduct low- to moderate-complexity investigations, grievance processes, and disciplinary processes, ensuring thorough documentation and actionable recommendations.
  4. Process Improvement: Implement, effectuate, and continuously improve ER processes across the enterprise to drive a consistently excellent employee experience globally.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of direct client-facing experience in an Employee Relations role.
  • Experience with performance management/improvement and/or conducting workplace investigations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Expertise with HR ticketing systems, such as Service Now, desired.
