About the Role

The ideal candidate will have between 6 months to 3 years' experience in client services, client account management, or operations, with some understanding or experience in Debt markets. They will be responsible for providing specialised client support and guidance, onboarding new clients, and maintaining existing client records in accordance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Services: Providing exceptional client support and guidance, responding to queries related to investments, and resolving issues within service level agreements.
  • Client Onboarding/AML: Ensuring seamless onboarding of new clients and maintenance of existing client records, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Compliance: Operating the business in compliance with regulations, policies, and service agreements, ensuring the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Participation in Business Projects: Contributing to internal business projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert and idea generator.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months to 3 years of experience in client services, client account management, or operations, preferably with some understanding or experience in Debt markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and maintain high levels of attention to detail.
  • Industry knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy in MS Office and CRM solutions, desirable but not essential.
