About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Junior Front Office Dealer to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our boutique debt markets trading intermediary, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional support to help drive business growth.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of money markets and debt dynamics, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are a proactive and personable recent graduate or an individual with ≤ 3 years' experience looking to pursue a career as a front office Money Market Dealer, we encourage you to apply.

The successful applicant will receive comprehensive training in multiple areas of the firm, enabling them to gain a thorough understanding of the business and progress up to dealing and managing their own clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Services: Provide tailored support to clients regarding their investments, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Client Onboarding/AML: Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and maintenance of existing records, adhering to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
  • Perform day-to-day functions, including monitoring client requests via email and phone, and resolving queries within established SLAs.
  • Compliance: Operate the business in accordance with regulations, policies, and service agreements, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Participate in internal business projects and initiatives, contributing expertise and ideas to drive positive change.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Commerce or a related field.
  • Possess experience ranging from fresh graduates to 3 years, preferably in client services or client account management.
  • Demonstrate a significant understanding and/or experience in money markets and broader debt markets dynamics, workings, and regulatory standards.
  • Exhibit strong time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Show intermediate to advanced computer literacy in MS Office and CRM solutions.
  • Display excellent professional communication and personal skills, with high attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits

Our remuneration package includes a salary range of $65-80k + superannuation, plus a discretionary bonus. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a rewarding career in front office financial services and debt markets.
