About Our Client:

Our client is a leading debt markets trading intermediary with a focus on Fixed Income and Money Market dealing for Institutional and Semi-Government clients.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing expert guidance on investments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have between 6 months to 3 years' experience in client services, account management, or operations, preferably with some understanding or experience in Debt markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Provide high-quality support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns regarding their investments.
  • Client Onboarding/AML: Onboard new clients, maintain existing clients' records, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Day-to-Day Functions: Monitor client requests via email/phone, resolve queries within SLAs, and perform other duties as required.
  • Compliance: Operate the business in accordance with regulations, policies, and service agreements.
  • Participation in Internal Projects: Contribute to internal business projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert and idea contributor.

Requirements:

  • Between 6 months and 3 years of experience in client services, account management, or operations, preferably with some understanding or experience in Debt markets.
  • Degree in Economics, Commerce, Business, etc.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Industry knowledge on Regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Professional communication, strong written and verbal skills, and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer literacy in MS Office and CRM solutions desirable.

Estimated Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
