Riversmith Café is a fast-paced, vibrant breakfast / brunch / lunch in the heart of Margaret River, renowned for its fresh food and warm community atmosphere. We're seeking a Chef / Assistant Chef to bring their passion and skills to our dynamic team.

About the Role:
As a Chef, you'll play a key role in maintaining the high standards that make Riversmith a local favourite. You'll thrive in a busy kitchen environment, contributing to menu development, ensuring superior food quality and presentation, and fostering a positive team culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building and presenting fresh, seasonal dishes.

  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Supporting the Head Chef with menu development, including maintaining recipes and portion controls.

  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.

  • Mentoring and collaborating with a professional, motivated team.

What We're Looking For:

  • A chef / assistant chef with a genuine passion for cooking.

  • Experience in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Commitment to quality, consistency, and exceeding customer expectations.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and OH&S guidelines.
