Job Description:

The Store Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining a positive store environment and fostering a high-performing team. This involves collaborating closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store looks its best, managing inventory levels, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in leading the team and achieving store goals by developing strategies that enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
  • Manage inventory levels, maintain store appearance, and ensure seamless operations through effective planning and execution.
Requirements:
  • Experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments, with a passion for learning and growth and a willingness to adapt to new challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks, including payroll, rostering, and liquor inventory management efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on driving sales growth and hitting store targets through data-driven decision making.
  • Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain one to demonstrate commitment to responsible service practices.
