Exciting Opportunity in Telesales

This is a unique chance to pioneer the telesales industry and build long-term relationships with customers.

You will be contacting previous purchasers of wine as a customer service representative, checking in with them and providing exceptional customer service to help them repurchase one-off or recurring orders.

This role combines working from home with occasional visits to our office location. Experience in telesales is desirable, and you can expect a fixed hourly rate plus commissions for exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting previous wine purchasers via phone
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Helping customers repurchase wine through one-off or recurring orders
  • Working from home and occasionally from the office

Requirements:

  • Past experience in telesales (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work from home and meet productivity targets
