About the RoleThis key position requires a strategic thinker who can provide hands-on guidance, coaching, support, advice, and feedback to managers across the organisation on every aspect of people, culture, wellbeing, and safety.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement significant projects to meet core objectives, focusing on employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that enhance leadership skills and build a positive work environment.
- Advise and mentor managers to promote best practices in HR, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Proven track record in leadership and management, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
