Job Overview

The People and Culture Team Leader will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and development of our people and culture team. They will provide guidance, coaching, support, advice, and feedback to managers on all aspects of people, culture, wellbeing, and safety.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Lead and guide the people and culture team to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Collaborate with executive officers and business services manager to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Design and deliver learning and development programs with stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a people and culture leader or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of organisational development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
