Front Office Host Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Host to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This role is crucial in making visits memorable for our guests.

  • Assist guests with their needs and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the front office team to ensure seamless operations
Requirements and Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

  • An attitude of true hospitality and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Experience in guest service, preferably within the front office or reception team
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred
