Role Overview

The Targeted Care Packages Advisor plays a vital role in supporting the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of activities associated with individualized and targeted packages to improve outcomes for children in care.

This position involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the resolution of client and placement issues.

  • Manage active TCP processes for children exiting residential care or at risk of entering residential care.
  • Liaise and work in partnership with Placement and Support Planning Teams, Child Protection, and Agencies delivering the TCP's.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking and managing active TCP processes for children exiting residential care or at risk of entering residential care.
  • Liaising and working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the resolution of client and placement issues.
  • Undertaking or supporting the necessary work involved in preparing a panel presentation for a child and the related follow up.
