Community Development Facilitator

We are seeking an experienced Community Development Facilitator to join our Community Planning and Development team in a temporary full-time opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating community development initiatives and projects, working in partnership with the community sector and other stakeholders to deliver on CN's Community Strategic Plan and adopted strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate community development initiatives and projects
- Work in partnership with the community sector and other stakeholders
- Deliver on CN's Community Strategic Plan and adopted strategies
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to build key relationships within the community
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 35-hour working week with flexible work arrangements available
- 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment
- Paid parental leave for primary carers
